Practice Schedule
At our wrestling club, we recognize that each wrestler is on their own unique journey. That’s why we’ve structured our training sessions to cater to different levels of experience. Our ‘Basic’ practices are tailored for newcomers to the sport, providing a strong foundation in the essential techniques and principles of wrestling. For those who have mastered the basics and are seeking to elevate their skills, we offer ‘Advanced’ practices. Here, participants delve deeper into sophisticated techniques and strategies. Regardless of where you are in your wrestling journey, we have a program designed to support and challenge you.
Experienced Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. Practices last 1.5 hour.
Beginners Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. Practices last 1.0 hours
Optional All-levels Fridays at 6:00 pm. Hours may vary week to week, the Friday schedule will be communicated each week through Remind.
Important Notes
Practices are held in the high school wrestling room.
Practice starts at 6pm, wrestler’s should be ready to start on time. We ask that parents stay with younger children at the bottom of the stairs until a coach opens the doors and confirms wrestler’s can enter.
Wrestling singlets are not needed for practice. Gym shorts and T-shirts are recommended.
Wrestler’s should bring a water bottle, there is no drinking fountain in the wrestling room.
