Practice Schedule

At our wrestling club, we recognize that each wrestler is on their own unique journey. That’s why we’ve structured our training sessions to cater to different levels of experience. Our ‘Basic’ practices are tailored for newcomers to the sport, providing a strong foundation in the essential techniques and principles of wrestling. For those who have mastered the basics and are seeking to elevate their skills, we offer ‘Advanced’ practices. Here, participants delve deeper into sophisticated techniques and strategies. Regardless of where you are in your wrestling journey, we have a program designed to support and challenge you.

Basics Mondays at 6:00 pm.  Practices last 1 hour.

Experienced Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm.  Practices last 1.5 hours

Practice starts at 6pm/6:30pm, wrestler’s should be ready to start on time.

Practices are held in the high school wrestling room.

Wrestling singlets are not needed for practice.  Gym shorts and T-shirts are recommended.3
